*The Caritas International Aid Organization is an organization similar to Catholic Relief Services or Catholic Charities. The local Caritas chapter in Vladivostok began in 1991 and is known as Caritas Primorye, after Primorye Krai, the name of the administrative state in which Vladivostok is located. Caritas often works hand-in-hand with local businesses or organizations to carry out its services.
